Hello! How are you today? Hope you've had your nutritious and healthy breakfast today, because that's the topic of today's post. As you know breakfast is the most important meal of your day - the first one to give you lots of energy for the day and wake you up if needed. You should remember that it cannot be a heavy portion of food, but a balanced elements with good fats and vitamins.
Smoothies are the perfect way to have a fast breakfast, filling and you can freeze all of the ingredients a few days before and just put everything into the blender in the morning. And if you have more time you can experiment with fresh fruit and veggies.

Ingredients
- 3 slices pineapple
- handful of kale and spinach
- 1 mango
- juice of 2 oranges
- 1/2 cup soy milk
- a few frozen strawberries, to taste
Instructions
- If you have frozen ingredients mix them in the blender first with orange juice. Add kale and spinach, and last pineapple and mango with soy milk.
- Pour into your glass or cup to go and enjoy the yumminess.
