We've gotten a little lazy when there's a lot of free time this summer. We're reading books, going for walks and meeting up with our friends. But also we have more time for planning our healthy meals and give you our recipes.
Hi guys! It's amazing sunny day today! We love spring for longer, sunny days, green blossoming trees and all of those beautiful flowers! But as well this is a hard time for our body, we had just changed the clock time and the weather is variable. It's called as springtime blues and for us - we have it every single year :/ So we try to beat it with cool activities and natural food full with vitamins.
