It sounds like a summer corn soup, when in August is still corn season. But cooking sweet corn makes me always nervous, it takes ages! We always use canned corn to this recipe and it's amazing. We also make the soup in winter and we add little more of chili to warm up.

This one is literally THE BEST - tastes are in good harmony with sour plums and some spices - cinnamon & cardamom. There's a lot of plums with little amount of shortcake. The Pie is light and balanced in taste. Perfect summer dessert!

Hello again! We have the best recipe for Peach Pie today! It's like an american pie we saw on TV. Yum yum! Let's do it! It's summer now and we have a lot of fresh fruit, that can't be wasted! And we love fruit desserts, we went to our local farmers market and bought some peaches today. Those local ones are the best! But still, in winter we use peaches from can to do this pie and it's also delicious!
